Hola Familia y Amigos!
I apologize in advance that this letter will be short, but I'm pretty
short on time this week for the main letter.
This week we were able to teach Francisco once and we finished the 1st
lesson about the Restoration. We left him with a Book of Mormon and
invited him to start reading it. We were even going to have dinner
with him the next day, but he canceled. Then something happened this
weekend and we kind of lost contact with him even up until today. He
didn't come to church and hasn't answered texts or phone calls, and
hasn't been home. We think he might have gone out of town or something
for the weekend, so we're not too worried at this point. We keep
praying as well that we can get in contact with him soon.
Otherwise this week has been pretty slow. There was a huge fair that
just came into town and I think there were a lot of people that took
time to go to that in stead of being at or setting up appointments. We
did have a good lesson with our less-active, well, we'll say returning
member, Soledad, about the Atonement after having talked the past
couple weeks about Repentance and Procrastination.
Otherwise it's been slow, but it's ok. It happens, and we're still working hard.
I love y'all and hope y'all have a wonderful week!
